Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt –Ziz Gorge – Merzouga sahara desert

Your 2 days from Fes desert tour will start with a pick up from your riad/hotel in  and drive south east of morocco to Merzouga sahara desert We Via the middle atlas mountains  the first stop will be in Ifrane known as (Switzerland of Morocco)to have a memorable photos before  and have a coffe  and then continuing to Midelt through the largest cedar forest in morocco  where you will stop to feedthe Barbarian Apes, continue the way through the Atlas Mountains, enjoying the landscape which changes when heading south, reaching Midelt to stop for lunch depending on the time and the season.The journey  will continue through the Ziz valley ,stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erg Chebbi Dunes passing by Aoufous Oasis to Erfoud which is known for its fossils and minerals, there will be a possibility to visit a fossil craft workshop,and then to Rissani once called Sijilmassa (the foundation of the Alaouit dynasty,the current ruling family) before arriving at your hotel in Merzouga and get ready for your camel ride(1h-1h:30 minutes)to enjoy the fascinating views along with the life time sunset.Overnight stay at your berber tent ( either standard one or luxury one depends on your request ).

Day 2 : Merzouga  sahara desert – Midelt – Fes

Early morning your camel guide will wake you up  to watch a wonderful sunrise what may be the best sunrise of your life before either taking the camel back to where your drive dropped you off in or the car back for another desert experience over the sand sunes before arriving to the meeting point for the rest of the drive back arriving fes late time where you will end  your 2 days from fes desert tour.
